To Whom It May Concern:

Because of the large population of Latinos in our communities and in the prison system, having the course program "Tactical Spanish for Correctional Officers" and "Tactical Spanish Slang and Profanities" has been an effective tool in keeping our communities safe.

These self-study programs have been used effectively in the correctional field. This course helps to provide adequate communication to Spanish speaking persons. Our ability to be of service is vital to all in the communities that we serve.

The Chicano Correctional Workers Association heartily endorses these programs for use in all phases of public service.
