The Digital course consists of a USB (thumb) drive containing both courses with a pocket sized Quick Reference Handbook. On the USB drive, there are separate folders for each course. Each folder has one file, in PDF format, containing the complete course Workbook and multiple files  in MP3 format, one file for each audio track. 

The Workbooks can be read on your PC and you can print any or all sections using the Adobe Reader which is probably already installed on your PC and is also available free of charge at www.adobe.com. 

The audio tracks can be played on your PC or conveniently transferred to an iPod or any MP3 player.
