Download the Workbooks and Audio tracks now and we'll mail you the pocket-sized Quick Reference Handbook at no charge within one business day. We recommend a broadband connection if you choose to download the courses. It will take about 25 - 30 minutes to download the courses if you're using a 1.5 Mbps internet connection.

For each course, you'll be downloading one file, in PDF format, containing the complete Workbook and multiple files in MP3 format, one file for each audio track. The Workbooks can be read on your PC and you can print any or all sections using the Adobe Reader which is probably already installed on your PC and is also available free of charge at www.adobe.com. The audio tracks can be played on your PC or conveniently transferred to an iPod or any MP3 player.
